Better Human is a practice space, not an advertising platform. We collect the minimum information needed to run the Service, keep your account secure, and improve what we offer. We do not sell your personal information.

• Content — journal entries, community posts, reflections, and anything else you submit through the Service.
• Communications — messages you send us for support or feedback.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card number.

• Send service updates, occasional product news (if you opt in), and pattern-interruption nudges by SMS (if you opt in).

• SMS nudges — reply STOP to opt out.
• Delete your account — email hello@betterhuman.life and we will remove your data, subject to limited retention required by law.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and routine review of our systems — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
